Omega Performance Solutions is led by Andre Malowney, PMP, a project management trainer with fifteen years of delivery experience, working with Accredited Training Organisations, corporate learning teams and professionals preparing for certification.
His experience spans project, programme and portfolio management, together with risk and organisational change, across predictive, Agile and hybrid delivery. The underlying certifications come from PMI, APM, PeopleCert and APMG. His approach connects established frameworks to the decisions people face in real delivery environments.
