The business is led by Andre Malowney PMP, an experienced trainer across project, programme, Agile and change management qualifications.
Omega was created to combine the rigour required for professional certification with practical learning that helps people make better decisions in real delivery environments.
Why Omega exists
Omega was created to bring two parts of project management learning together: the rigour required for professional qualification delivery and the practical judgement needed in real project environments.
That means respecting established frameworks without treating them as isolated rulebooks. It also means helping learners understand how governance-led, Agile and hybrid approaches apply in different situations, depending on the work, the environment and the decisions that need to be made.
