The business is led by Andre Malowney, a trainer with fifteen years of delivery experience spanning project, programme and portfolio management, together with risk and organisational change, across predictive, Agile and hybrid delivery.

Omega combines the rigour required for professional certification with practical learning that helps people make better decisions in real delivery environments.

Why Omega exists

Omega exists to connect the rigour of professional qualification training with the judgement required in real project environments.

That means respecting established frameworks without treating them as isolated rulebooks, and helping learners understand how governance, Agile and hybrid approaches apply in different situations.
