The course is designed to make that transition manageable.
We’ll help you broaden your perspective across predictive, Agile and hybrid approaches, while showing you how PMI expects you to think about situations, decisions and delivery choices.
The emphasis is on understanding and applying the reasoning behind the exam, not simply memorising terminology.
You’ll have opportunities to ask questions, test your understanding and connect the course content to your own project experience.
